Avoid this dealership at all cost and warn your friends. Liars and thieves. They use fake window stickers that they up the MSRP. Anybody else notice this? And that is just one of many crooked things they do. They refused to honor advertised price and lied about 'packages' they sold. Please post similar or other examples and protect the public.
Overall a great experience, Calvin absolutely knocked it out of the park and I was in and out in under 3 hours.

Dealership is disreputable. Sold me a used car with known safety defects they did NOT disclose to me. The soft jeep top's roof cable was severed and the roof blew off in a rain storm. The right front headline was burned out! The wheel monitor was defunct and melted into the assembly. The improperly secured spare tire fell off on the highway. Any of these could have cost me my life. And Chapman's response? Nothing. No returned calls or emails. No apologies. No compensation. No "Let's make this right for you." They don't care. ...
I was in the market for a vehicle. I saw a used vehicle online and was contacted by a salesman asking me to go down and take a look at the vehicle. I went down the next day just to learn the GM took a used vehicle they were selling, on a trip. The GM used a vehicle for personal travel which is absolutely ridiculous. Very clean not like the last dealership I bought a car from they had free drinks all kinds of snacks. Also I bought oil changes coupon from the dealership showing they want your business. Well this dealership has none of that. Not happy spend a 100 thousand on and truck and the dealership has no oil change deals for the people that buy a new vehicle and the dealership really showed he appreciates it. Last time for me I will buy from the other dealership.

Drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe into the service department and serviced advisor. Gage, hopped right on it and had my tire repaired in a very short time. Put my vehicle on charge after the repair was done and I picked it up with the car fully charged at 100% and repair completed. Outstanding job!!

Had a pickup problem while in Las Vegas for the L1 Championship horse show. We are from North Dakota so had to get it taken care of during the week we were there before heading home.
